Unless it's an historical battle flag from the Civil War, like the one on the left; or some other conflict, it may be time for it's proper retirement and disposal.
Our Post will take any American Flag, in any condition, for disposal, as per US regulations.

Starting on June 3rd, 2011, from 8:30am to 1pm, you can drop off your flags at our table at the Hamilton Farmer's Market, in Hamilton, NY.
